Revocation rights

You can revoke your contractual declaration without giving a reason within two weeks, either in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) or by returning the item.

The revocation period only begins upon receipt of this notification. Timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient to meet the terms of the revocation period. The revocation must be sent to:

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation the services received by both parties must be reimbursed.

If you are unable to reimburse us in full or partly for the services received, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to provide us with compensation.
