How is my order processed in the VDM Metals online shop?

Placing an order in the VDM Metals online shop is very simple: Select the quantity of your desired items and place these in your personal shopping basket. Items that are already in the shopping basket can be deleted at any time or the quantity can be changed.

When you are satisfied with your selection, please initiate the ordering process. You are now guided through the ordering process in 5 simple steps.

At the end of the ordering process (step 4), you naturally also have the possibility to correct individual positions. By confirming this step, your order will be transferred to the system, and you will receive a receipt confirmation via e-mail.

Now Präsentstudio Soennecken comes into play. Your order will be processed by the Präsentstudio Soennecken team as soon as possible and sent to you.

Not included are orders of the categories "made@Karriereschmiede" and "Print Items“. These items are sent to you separately by VDM Metals GmbH. In this case, you will receive two/three separate parcels.

All parcels sent via Präsentstudio Soennecken are sent via UPS.

Which additional costs are incurred apart from the purchase order value, and how do I pay?

In addition to the purchase value of your order, a flat shipping rate of 6.95 euros (gross, per shipment, in Germany) becomes due. More costs, apart from the order value, are not incurred. For orders outside of Germany, please find out what costs will be incurred here (link to "Download Shipping Price List Abroad").

Your order payment depends on the type of customer.

Business customers:

If you are logged in with your VDM Metals e-mail address, you only have the option of the "Cost Center" payment method. Following the receipt of order, an automated e-mail is sent to your superior(s). The order is only sent after confirmation of order. The allocation of costs with your cost center automatically ensues once a month.

Private customer:

If you are logged in with your with your private e-mail address, you have two possible payment methods in the purchasing process - by advance payment on the account of Präsentstudio Soennecken or, very simple, via PayPal. Directly following your order via this shop, you will receive an order receipt confirmation in which you will also find all account details needed to make a bank transfer.

Exception: Payment Karriereschmiede

The payment of the "Karriereschmiede" category items, which you can only order as a private person and employee of VDM Metals, ensues via your salary accounting.
