Who can order advertising materials?

Generally speaking, every person can order VDM Metals merchandising products. However, we differentiate between business persons and private persons. This is already automatically steered via your login data. As a general principle, the same prices apply for private purchases as for purchases for business requirements.

Business person:

Should you order advertising materials for customer visits, events or other company purposes, you must register with your company e-mail address and state your 8-ID as verification code.

As soon as you have registered yourself as a business person, all VDM Metals advertising materials are at your disposal to select from, with the exception of the Karriereschmiede items. In this case, the delivery address can only be one of the VDM Metals company addresses, this is also not changeable. The payment ensues by stating your cost center. There is no possibility to pay by advance payment or via invoice.

Private person:

Should you wish to purchase advertising materials for private use, please register with your private e-mail address. Here, too, identifying yourself as a VDM employee with the 8 – ID is sensible. Thereby, you obtain unlimited access to all VDM Metals GmbH advertising materials. As a private person, you can then state your desired delivery address, which you can also adjust should this be necessary. In the purchasing process, you have the payment options´of advance payment and PayPal at your disposal. You can find additional information regarding the ordering process here.

Which advertising materials do I find in the online shop?

In the online shop of VDM Metals GmbH, you will find all current advertising materials in different categories. As soon as you are at the product page, you will see whether the items are currently deliverable and in which quantities.

What is more, provided you are a VDM Metals employee, you will find all Karriereschmiede items. Your VDM Metals affiliations will be verified with your one-time registration in the online shop (8-ID). You can only order the Karrierschmiede items as a private person. Should you order items from the "Karriereschmiede" category as a private customer, the invoice amount will be deducted directly from your salary. What is more, you can order all current print media via the online shop (brochures, books, etc.). These will be sent to you from Werdohl in a separate shipment, either via internal mail or via UPS. Should you have any queries, please contact brigitte.scherk@vdm-metals.com.

How long do I wait for my order (delivery times)?

You will receive your shipment via UPS within 2 - 4 working days (domestic) after your order amount has been booked (with private purchase) or after release by the superior(s).

Orders outside of Germany generally need slightly more time, an exact time schedule cannot be provided here, due to the international delivery conditions. If you desire a delivery outside of Germany, Präsentstudio Soennecken will, as a general principle, take up contact with you in person. Then you will also gain information on the exact delivery time.

Items of the category "made@Karriereschmiede" will be brought directly to your workplace via our internal mail or via our apprentices.

How high are your shipping costs?

Präsentstudio Soennecken sends you your order exclusively via UPS parcel service. The costs per shipment and parcel amount to a flat shipping rate of 6.95 euros (within Germany). This prices only apply for domestic shipments. Persons placing order who provide a delivery address outside of Germany, will be informed by Präsentstudio Soennecken in person regarding the respective shipping costs of an order. Please note that additional customs fees can be incurred when you would like to have orders delivered outside of Germany. What is more, some goods are subject to custom restriction, so that these cannot be delivered to certain countries by us. In the event of doubt, please first contact Präsentstudio Soennecken, so that you can receive personal assistance.

What do the item availabilities mean?

Items in the online shop of VDM Metals GmbH can have completely different availabilities.

In stock: The item is in stock at Präsentstudio Soennecken. The order will most likely need 2 – 4 working days.

Presently not in stock: The item is currently not in stock, but can be ordered. Order now and we will deliver as soon as the item is available. You will receive an e-mail with the likely delivery date from Präsentstudio Soennecken, as soon as this information is available.

Presently not available: If and when this item will be available again is not known.

Available soon: This item can soon be ordered again.

Should you wish to purchase advertising materials for private use, please register with your private e-mail address.

Of course you have the option of registering yourself both as a private person and as a business person.

Can I change my login data?

In part. Your e-mail address is unchangeable. You can change your password, the delivery address with private persons and the selected delivery address with business persons, via "My Account“.

Private person: PayPal and advance payment

Which shipping methods are at my disposal?

As a general principle, all merchandising products from the online shop are shipped via UPS. Not included are orders from the category "made@Karriereschmiede" and "print items“.

Items of the category "made@Karriereschmiede" will be brought directly to your workplace via our internal mail or via our apprentices.

Items of the category "print items" will either be delivered to you via VDM Metals internal mail or via UPS.

Can I have my order sent to another address?

To the extent that you have logged in as a private person, you have the option of changing your delivery address in the course of the purchasing processes. As a business person, you merely have the option of the respective VDM company addresses as a delivery address at your disposal. In the event of special alternatives, please address Präsentstudio Soennecken directly.
